Sharan Tash, Professional Networker, will speak at the November 1 meeting of the South West Suburban Philanthropic Network

Joliet, IL (November 3, 2006)—The South West Suburban Philanthropic Network will host its November 1 meeting at the Jacob Henry Mansion located at 20 South Eastern Avenue in Joliet. 

Registration/networking will begin at 7:30 a.m., continental breakfast provided. At 8 a.m. keynote speaker, Sharan Tash will present a program entitled, The Importance of Building Relationships throughout your Business Life. The program will conclude at 11:30 a.m. Cost is $30 for SWSPN members and $40 for nonmembers.

Sharan brings her passionate brand of Pay It Forward networking to professional organizations and corporations across the country. Her informative and enthusiastic presentations give her audiences practical ideas they can implement immediately. The strong message of building relationships, helping each person succeed, and asking everyone to Pay It Forward to others have made her well known in the Chicago business networking community.

Sharan has an inspiring and business-building message and a welcoming, energizing style that connect with her audiences. She believes her success is due to Pay It Forward relationship networking and is eager to help others use it to reach the top of their fields.

The purpose of SWSPN is to bring together the philanthropic community of greater Will, Grundy & Kendall counties. The target group consists of development professionals, fundraisers, funders, not-for-profit staff, corporate and foundation leaders, volunteers and others interested in advancing philanthropy. It develops a network of organizations and individuals for the purpose of coordinating efforts to assist those who entrust their needs to helping the community.

Membership in the South West Suburban Philanthropic Network offers many opportunities to become involved in a diverse group of agencies, organizations, businesses, funders and fundraisers in the Greater Will, Grundy & Kendall philanthropic community. The annual membership fee is $30.00. Memberships are individual memberships and are not transferable within organizations. The current membership exceeds 50 members who represent the nonprofit and not-for-profit organizations that serve the residents of Will, Kendall & Grundy counties.
